Services:
Detailing – All detailing services are final after 48 hours of completion. Customers cannot come back and claim that a service was not completed correctly after 48 hours. Within 48 hours, if customers spot a missed area, they have the option of calling us to return to the location of clean for a complimentary touch-up service. Our detailing services are strictly cleaning the vehicle and do not include any polishing/restoration of the vehicle.
Paint Correction: Paint correction services will include a full exterior detail. All paint correction services are to remove minor swirl marks and stains. No deep scratches can be taken out.
Ceramic Coating: All ceramic coating packages include a full exterior detailing, clay bar application, and polishing services. Interior ceramic coating is not included in the packages and will be an extra cost.
Memberships: All memberships must be bought online. No cash payments. All memberships must commit to a minimum of three months. Early cancellation fee will result in a $350 cancellation fee. Monthly services may overlap to one month. Thereafter, the services will be lost without reimbursement. If members wish to pause their memberships, notice must be given to our team one month in advance. Membership’s within the first three months are not eligible to be paused. The remaining monthly services must be used within 30 days of cancellation.
Ozone: If odor returns after 48 hours, clients may come back for additional ozone cleaning (*only if the client received an interior detail with the ozone purification service).
Spray Scent: All detailing sprays are scented and will leave a scent for the next 48-72 hours.
Promotion Codes: Each customer may apply one promotion code to a service. Promotion codes can not be combined. Promotion codes do not apply to members unless specified.

Exterior: 1 hour – 1.5 hours
Interior: 2 – 4 hours
Upscale Package: 2 – 4 hours
Showroom Finish: 3 – 5 hours
Aesthetics
Paint Correction: 1-3 Days
Ceramic Coating: 1-5 Days
Vinyl Wrapping: 1 Day
Window Tinting: 3 – 4 hours
Damages
All vehicles will be given a quality check before any work is started. Any defects on the vehicle will be recorded and customers will be notified if it was not mentioned prior by the customers. Once the client is picking up their vehicles, it is advised that the customers check all exterior and interior areas of the vehicle. Once Supreme Drip has left the location of service, Supreme Drip can not take responsibility for damages found on the vehicle (inside and outside).
